Read onlyWe recently filed a safe-t claim (52081-37519-5206451) but would also like to post here to hopefully get attention from a support manager with decision-making power. We're requesting an investigation of this case and a full reimbursement. The buyer falsely claims "not delivered" for an order from ~2 months ago after receiving their latest order today (111-2331580-9707440). We fear they may do the same with the latest order. Please see the order details below for order 111-8186037-2771431 that was refunded:
Order Date: Thu, Feb 13, 2025 PST
Delivery Promise: Wed, Feb 19, 2025 PST to Fri, Feb 21, 2025 PST
Delivery Date: Tues, Feb 18th, 2025 PST (Signed for Delivery)
How did they respond? In most cases, safe-t justify what they deny.
Update: The buyer was contacted, and the issue was resolved. It looks like an employee attempted to take advantage of his employer's reimbursement policy. (We're B2B). @AmazonSellerSupport - Please ignore / No action required at this time.
