We are seeking assistance regarding several missing shipments, even though the tracking numbers from the courier indicate that the packages were delivered. However, according to the shipment summary, none of these shipments have been received. We have opened cases for each shipment, but unfortunately, we have yet to receive any responses from Amazon representatives or Seller Support. Some cases were submitted as far back as January, but no follow-up has been made.
While we have delivery proofs, all of the shipments are marked as closed with no units received.
We urgently need help resolving these cases, as we are facing a significant financial loss. Could someone please assist us with this matter?
