Payment moved to Reserve without any notification

My whole payment is moved to reserve without any notification or email. I have no idea what's happening and why my payment is moved in reserve. I called seller support couple of times but did not get any update as they are not aware. spoke to Account health specialist but still no update or reason why payment is moved to reserve. sent email on disbursement appeals team at amazon as per account health specialist instructions but have not heard back from them as well. I am on Canada market since last 11 months and my account health is all good no issues on account. I have raised multiple cases but Amazon closes it without providing any answer. I dont know what to do now. Request if someone can guide me correct way to approach amazon to resolve my payment issue. My Cash flow is stuck.

I think many sellers are experiencing this situation, too. All my money was transferred to the reserve. The only thing I could find is the payment policy warning in the account health section, on the bottom left. I think we are under investigation, but we haven't even received an email informing us of this situation.

I am also experiencing the same situation. All my funds are being transferred to account level reserve for the past 10 months. My last disbursement was on 31 October 2023. I have called amazon seller support and opened multiple tickets and still have no answers. I would like for this to be resolved but not sure how to proceed anymore. It is quite frustrating.

Yep, this is happening to me too, last payment period it was $0.00. Account healthy, orders shipping, etc. Very strange and I need the $$!

I'm reaching out for help as I've been experiencing a frustrating issue with my Amazon.ca seller account. Despite having a healthy account standing, I have not received any payouts since my first successful order on July 12, 2023. What's even more concerning is that payment was put on hold a full year ago, and I've yet to receive any updates or explanations on why my funds are still being held.
