Is it a smart move by sellers to send to FBA while Amazon responses to the deactivation warnings (Inform act), and sellers concerns are not answered in one centralized place on Amazon? And sellers also posted conflicting answers from seller support?
It appears the goal of the Send to Amazon Delivery Window is to help Amazon prepare to receive the inventory. We currently use Amazon Partnered Carriers but the inventory check-in times have been a month after the shipment says it's been delivered by UPS. I'm wondering if using a non-partnered carrier and providing a delivery window would expedite the check-in process.
We ship from Hawaii, using UPS. However, Amazon does not enable us to get Amazon rates or generate shipping labels from within the ship to FBA system. Question: does this ship-to Window apply to our shipments?
Who can I contact at Amazon to suggest that Amazon include the ability to ship to FBA from Hawaii using the shipping labels generated within the ship to FBA system ? Hawaii is part of the US... we use UPS to ship to Amazon, but have to do it on our own UPS account with much higher costs than Amazon ratest with UPS
Hi Amazon team,
I appreciate your time and efforts in this panel discussion. My query is regarding the new delivery window for Amazon FBA shipments. Could you kindly provide a detailed explanation of what exactly has changed in terms of delivery windows from the previous practice to the current one?
Hello again,
My second question relates to Full Container (FCL) shipments, specifically those sourced from locations outside of China. In the past, due to the unpredictable nature of container unloading and availability for pickup from the port, I've had to utilize a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse. The precise delivery window required for Amazon FBA posed a challenge.
With the recent changes in the delivery window policy, will it be easier to send FTC shipments directly to Amazon fulfillment centers? Could you please guide me through how this process might work under the new guidelines?
After the order status changes to shipped, can we still change the delivery window?
Hello,
Amazon splits many of the orders into multiple locations. That is fine but what they do not allow is for us to use the Amazon partner carrier in all three locations unless each mode is the same, How can you do that if two of the three locations may have 5 boxes and the large part of the shipment is a pallet? We would have to ship three shipments ground or all three shipment pallet? Which if course makes no sense. . If we to ship two ground using the Amazon partner carrier then for the one pallet we are required to use our own carrier and not the Amazon partner carrier. Visa Versa also... Why can it not be all Amazon partner carrier using different modes? Thanks for your help!

Interesting this came up. I shipped a box of 1 ASIN to FBA about 3 weeks ago. It never got checked in but does show delivered. On the Contents tab, it said I could start an investigation on 6/4. So when I came in the office yesterday, it was first on my to-do list. I pull it up, and low and behold it now says I can investigate on 6/11. It pushed back 7 days. Why Amazon?
