How long does a compliance document review take?
Amazon requested that I provide additional compliance documents for my products and I submitted the documents about 2 months ago, but the approval status still says "under review." How long do these reviews typically take?

Depending on WHAT they are looking at and looking for, it can takes days/weeks/months.
Generally the longer it goes it means they are having trouble verifying things.
If you submit LOAs from the brand and have INVOICES from an authorized wholesale distributor it will usually go quite quickly. Why? Because Amazon is aware of just about every legitimate wholesale source on the planet.
Because they know the legitimate ones they also know the ones that are NOT legit.
If you are dealing with some small, niche, specialty brand and source they will need more time to determine the legitimacy.
If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.
They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....

In general the time reviews can take different amounts of time depending on the type of review however infant toddler reviews should generally only take about a month at maximum. However, this type of review should have a CASE ID I can review so If you provide it I can see if there are escalation options. Thank you for your understanding.
