Royal Mail collection paperwork PPI

This well maybe a question for Royal Mail but their harder to contact than Amazon!

Basically Royal Mail collect daily and have recently been asking for the paperwork. I was never told about this or what this was but figured it out from the click and drop page you need to print off the manifest each day what parcels are being collected.

I am guessing most sellers dispatch with Royal Mail or at least the ones who do use business services and get free collection.

Have you been asked for this? I have been threated the collection service will even be pulled without it.

I can not generate the paperwork because the orders do not manifest back over to my Royal Mail account that I purchase directly through Amazon. They charge me and invoice me for them still but the orders remain open on click and drop business portal.

Any ideas the work around for this?

We all know for gaurentees we need to buy directly through Amazon, plus saves a lot of time and stops any mistakes etc.

There is no work around but an actual official action.

From the Seller Central menu : Orders then Order Reports. Choose the "End of Day Forms" tab then "Request".

Royal Mail are fairly easy to contact if you need help you can either phone or email them. Phone wait times can be long but you normally get help on the same day where as email takes 3-5 days to get a reply.

It is a requirement of having a business collection to provide a manifest or emergency manifest otherwise your post may be delayed or not processed.

I hand one over with my post every day.

You can print your manifest from Amazon Seller Central and hand this over with your mail.

Personally I buy my postage through Click and Drop and print the manifest from there. If you are selling on multiple marketplaces it is easier to manage. The Amazon guarantees from buy shipping mean very little...

Generating the Manifest

Since your orders are purchased through Amazon but not showing up in your Royal Mail Click & Drop account, here’s what you can try:

Amazon Seller Central: Go to Orders > Order Reports.

Select the End of Day Forms tab and click Request. This should generate the necessary paperwork.

Royal Mail Click & Drop:

Ensure your Amazon account is integrated with Click & Drop. This might help in syncing the orders correctly.

If integration is already in place, try manually adding the orders to generate the manifest.

Contacting Royal Mail, would be one of Amazon`s suggestions I guess!

While it can be challenging to get in touch with Royal Mail, here are a few tips:

Phone: Call their business support line. Wait times can be long, but you usually get help the same day.

Email: Send an email detailing your issue. Responses typically take 3-5 days.

Workaround

If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, consider these alternatives:
