Urgent: Stuck in Automated Loop – Need Senior-Level Review

Hello Amazon Team & Fellow Sellers,

I have been stuck in an endless appeal loop for the past 3-4 months, receiving the same automated rejection each time without a proper manual review.

Background of My Case:

My account was deactivated due to alleged compliance document issues.

I submitted original, verifiable documents directly from the testing lab, with QR codes for verification.

A former employee unauthorizedly altered previous documents without my consent. As soon as I found out, I:

Terminated the employee and took full control of compliance.

Implemented stricter document verification policies in my business.

Re-submitted the original, authentic compliance reports from the lab.

My Issue:

Despite providing all necessary evidence, I keep receiving the same copy-pasted response stating that my documents are "forged or manipulated"—without any clear explanation of what is wrong with them.

What I Need:

A senior-level manual review by an Escalations Specialist.

Specific feedback on why my new documents are being rejected.

A clear resolution path so I can comply and regain access to my account.

Next Steps I Have Taken:

✔️ Emailed executive-sellerrelations@amazon.com and pq-review@amazon.com

✔️ Called Amazon Seller Support, but only got generic responses

✔️ Now reaching out here for help from the seller community and moderators
