My company wants to do a BOGO (Buy One, Get One Free) for a new expansion to one of our products. Specifically, when customers buy our main product, we want to offer them the new expansion for free. I've scoured the various help articles for this feature, but I still have a few questions, mostly about how it works for customers.
1. When you offer a BOGO, can customers see the offer from the search results page? Or do they need to go to the listing to see it? (Assuming we've checked the "Show promotion on detail page" option)
2. Do BOGO promotions show up on the Amazon deals page? Or are they featured anywhere else on Amazon?
3. One option is to offer single-use claim codes for BOGO offers. How do these work? Do we have to generate and distribute the codes ourselves? Or is there some way to have Amazon make them available to customers directly without our help somehow?
4. Is there any charge for running a BOGO promotion? (Other than the value of the item we're giving away and the usual Amazon fees anytime an item is sold)
Thank you for any help you can give!

Hello @Seller_5VdoYpMh7Xwuz,
Thank you for utilizing the forums!
Creating a Promotion is a great way to increase visibility for your listings. For BOGO promos the customer would be able to see the options once they interact with your listing. Promotions do not appear in the Amazon Deals page.
Hope this helps!
Thanks,
Joey
