amazon changed the ads interface and now I can't see the current accumulating charges for my ads. Been through the interface several times and can't fine it.
I can do a time line of the last billing date to current date but the date they billing me, is that a new day or is that on the previous invoice? Where do I start the cutoff from the previous billing date?
I just want to see what has accumulated since last billing date.
I just messaged Amazon about this. They said it was an official change, THEY WERE REMOVING IT. This makes no sense to me. It seems very deceptive and intentional on Amazon's part.
I was just about to post on the forum about the exact same problem... I can’t see the updated balance. I emailed Amazon four days ago, and they said that with the new pages, they’re experiencing bugs and are working on it. In the meantime, I’ve stopped most of my campaigns since I’m struggling to get an accurate, updated balance.
Are we the only ones in this kind of situation?
