Dear Amazon Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I would like to ask you to tell me what is wrong with the set of documents that I recently sent you.
What else can we do about this?
Regarding the supply chain demonstration, we do not have access.
Our distributors are not required to send us the requested documents, they sent us what documents they could to resolve the issue.
As you have noticed, they provided us with the certificates of conformity of the purchased products, which clearly state that our products are not counterfeit.
You requested the contact information of our distributors, but I know for sure that you did not contact them to validate the idea that the collaboration is real.
What else do you want from us?
You are blocking our business when we have presented you with clear (original) invoices that the goods are authentic.
We would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Warm regards,
Eugen
Hey Eugen,
From what you’re describing, it sounds like Amazon isn’t fully convinced about the supply chain documentation. Even though your distributors provided what they could, Amazon usually wants a clear, traceable path from the manufacturer to you.
A few things that might help:
Supply Chain Proof – If your distributors aren’t required to send certain docs, maybe you can get a statement from them explaining that, along with any alternative proof (like payment receipts, order confirmations, or supplier agreements).
Distributor Verification – If you’re sure Amazon didn’t contact them, you could try asking your distributor to proactively reach out to Amazon (if they’re willing). Sometimes, Amazon needs reassurance that the partnership is legitimate.
Invoice Issues – Even if your invoices are original, Amazon has strict formatting requirements. Double-check that they include all necessary details (seller name, supplier name, addresses, item descriptions, quantities, and purchase dates).
I know it feels like they’re blocking your business unfairly, but if you push back with solid documentation and clarify any missing details, you have a better chance of getting this resolved.
Hope this helps, and good luck!
