We're investing heavily in Amazon Advertising and have been aggressively increasing our advertising buget
recently on Amazon advertising.
They cited suspicious activity but will tell us nothing. we will not tell you what's wrong.
We heard from Account Health that there was no problem with Account Health stay Health,
and when we asked Seller Support, we were told that customer satisfaction with
the products we sell was very good and that there were no problems with our account.
We were told last week by the advertising team that the account would be reactivated through chat,
but when we contacted them again because it wasn't reactivated.
They say we violated Amazon Advertising Policy.
We have never done anything wrong.
we are constantly getting meaningless replies via email, chat and phone calls telling us to just wait.
We are currently considering alternative ways to contact Amazon. Has anyone faced this issue?
