My products that I listed as FBA appear to have been delivered on January 27th with the number FBA18SY8RY6FU000001. It has been kept in inbound status for a long time. Could you please inform me why it has been in this situation for a long time and is still inactive in my sales store. What should be done to correct this situation?

FBA receiving timelines can extend out several weeks, which we have seen recently across forums posts. If your shipment was delivered on the 27th it's likely working its way through the receiving queue at the site to be received in the order it was delivered, but if the eligibility date in your contents tab arrives without it being closed you can open an investigation at that time.
