We are writing to let you know that the following detail pages have been removed from our catalog:
ASIN: B083VWYP85, SKU: 5H-2EHK-XWQ90,
This product has been identified as a supplement, consumable product, cosmetic, or topical product that makes prohibited disease claims. Products that make disease claims are prohibited from sale and listing on Amazon.
For reinstatement, please remove the prohibited disease claim from the detail page and appeal the restriction. Please note that if the disease claim is on the product labeling, there may not be a path to reinstatement.
Why is this happening?
We took this action because this product is not permitted for sale on Amazon.com. It is your obligation to make sure the products you offer comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Amazon's policies.
We use the same description page since we started selling this product and we do not make any disease claims.
Please advise. We want to know where the issue is so we can correct it.
Mny thanks.
Hello @Adamss,
This is Zion from Amazon, here to assist!
Thank you for the outreach, I see you have a listing removal issue.
Using the same description that may have once been compliant does not mean it always will be. Amazon makes changes regularly to be in line with any updates to local laws and regulations. Are there any features the product has that could be viewed as a claim to cure or treat something? For example, if something “relieves” a symptom or provides “support” for a certain condition, this type of violation can occur.
Please consider the above, and feel free to update this thread with any relevant information. The forums community and I are here to support you.

Get used to it I've had over 200 items removed over the last 10 years theres plenty of other sites to sell your product on, before Amazon removes every last item you have for sale .....
We have been having the same issue with some of our products. These have been on sale for years and are always my best sellers. When I ask they can never tell me why. In one case I put in 5 emails and got five different answers. Oh well.
You Got "Got" By The Bots.
If you want to continue to list, you have to figure out how to beat the Bots.
Stupid, unrealistic but Amazon AI bots are forcing good sellers to figure out how to beat them.
Look for trigger words... and delete them. Even though it hurts the buyer by not getting all the information, it's the way Amazon programmed the mis-programmed bots.
Happens everyday multiple times a day. Amazon sucks we know. Get used to it or leave.
Once a bot or an agent decided to play these games with you, it’s pointless to try and make any sense of it or try to argue that the bots and the reps are wrong or that the listing has been up for years or that everyone else and their dog has the same product with the same “health claims”… No amount of proof or explanations is going to help when they decided that “something” in your listing is a health claim. I once had a hemp oil taken down and agents kept insisting for me to remove the words “hemp oil” from my listing 🤦🏻♀️
All you can do is remove all the trigger words like pain, anxiety, depression and whatever else that even remotely could be a keyword for a health claim and then appeal the violation.
- 3 1/2 years of selling - No relevance
-Great reviews and 100% feedback - No relevance
Recently there is a new robot, removed some of our products too.
Just remove the absurd claims from the description and it will be reactivated.
But, pay attention, if the claims are on the product label and they are in FBA you may want to recall them otherwise you may get in big trouble.
