You have a )% Valid Tracking Rate? So you are not entering tracking when marking an item as shipped?
Why would you not add a tracking number? This alone is enough to get your account shut down. Since you have no proof that you shipped you have no proof that you can use to get paid.
Amazon allows dropshipping under certain rules.

Maybe, let Amazon cool-down for 18 months or so and then beg to be an FBA Exclusive??
But I think amazon should give a warning. Not silently deactivate the account. Amazon should educate their sellers about their policies by support team. Not restrict them from selling. Sellers give amazon a revenue.
