The Bullet Point of my product is shown as ***************** on the client side. Does anyone know the reason?

I'm trying to bring an existing SKU in as a variation in a parent / child group. As soon as add it as a variation and upload the image, the Product Description tab gets the error icon and it tells me "the value in this field is required" under Bullet Point 1. Bullet Point 1 is populated with info (I've redacted my text on the screenshot but it it there). It won't let me save the edits or move forward. Any ideas on what's going on here?

Trying to set a product bullet point and it is constantly getting rejected no matter what I put in there (see screenshot)

I even tried to put in complete gibberish -- same. This is the only bullet point in a product.

Any ideas how to fix it? Only some products are affected, works fine on others
