We did a google search on our products and noticed that IBSpot has the exact same listing, A+ content bullets and products as those that we sell on Amazon. They are selling our products without our consent and are doubling the price. We manufacture these products and our Brand is registered on Amazon.
How is it possible that they pulled this directly from Amazon?!! I thought our listings were protected and now I don't know how to stop them from selling our products. I don't know where to start. HELP PLEASE
But they are buying from you with your consent, isn't it?
They don't sell on Amazon, they just do dropshipping from you on Amazon and sell it elsewhere. Why does this bother you? You even don't need to pay them a commission! A sale is a sale.
Where are they selling? If it's on another platform, MAYBE you can contact this platform to search a solution.
Hi @Seller_My1haNLQDCx4q
My name is Sandy from the Community Manager team.
Unfortunately I cannot provide guidance as this is for a third party outside of Amazon. I suggest you to contact the support team for IBSpot to see if they can do anything or have any rules around using your images/selling your products.
Regards,
Sandy
