I noticed that you mentioned "primary account".
You are not allowed two accounts. I suspect this is why Amazon has detected unusual activity.
If Amazon decides to suspend your account, make sure you delete one of those accounts by contacting Seller Support and saying you want to delete the account. Seller Support is the only one that can truly delete your account. Hang onto that case ID that confirms your account is deleted so you can provide it to the account health team if your account gets suspended.
