Hello, Amazon Team

I contacted the Amazon investment team on August 15, 2024, and registered an Amazon store on August 19, 2024. On August 30, 2024, my store was deactivated. From August 19, 2024 to August 30, 2024, I did not operate an Amazon store, did not publish any listings, and did not sell any products. Therefore, there are no product listings or funds in my store. During the period from August 19, 2024 to August 30, 2024, I applied for a US trademark through my company and selected the products I wanted to sell.On September 9, 2024, my company applied for a US trademark and issued a receipt. I logged into the Amazon store to prepare for brand registration. When I logged into the store backend, I was surprised to find that my store had been deactivated. After analyzing the original, I found that it was because I did not check the Performance Notifications and email information in time, which caused me to miss the opportunity for virtual identity verification. Therefore, the store was deactivated. From September 9, 2024 to October 3, 2024, I appealed and requested Amazon to give me a chance to verify my virtual identity information. I was very lucky to get another chance to verify my virtual identity. On October 3, 2024, I contacted the Amazon virtual identity team, and we communicated for about 20 minutes. The whole verification process went very smoothly. The only shortcoming was that I didn't remember my payment account number. At that time, I communicated with the colleague of the virtual identity information and expressed that I wanted to log in to my bank immediately, check the information and inform the complete payment account number. However, I was rejected. However, the colleague of the virtual identity verification told me that I only needed to submit the payment account information after the National Day. After the two parties reached an agreement, the virtual identity verification video ended. But, unfortunately, on the holiday (October 7, 2024), I found that my Amazon account also received a deactivated message. I was very disappointed because our holiday was still going on and did not start working. (I need to add that our National Day holiday is a 7-day holiday. During the holiday, bank staff are also on vacation and cannot issue proof of my payment account)

I have fully explained the whole incident. The whole incident happened because I did not check the store backend performance and email information in time. At the same time, in order to enable us to complete the appeal review more efficiently. I have notarized my ID card, credit card bill for September 2024, business license and purchase invoice for virtual identity information verification, which is legally valid.
