Read onlyI have a customer that I was able to ship one product to them, but the 2nd product is not in stock. I've already refunded the customer for that product, how do I mark this order complete? It's showing it's late now.

That is problematic. You are not supposed to offer a product you don't have in hand. Amazon will give you a first warning or a violation for this. Don't do it again.
