Can someone please explain this to me? My OTDR has dropped significantly like many other sellers, etc, etc.

Either way here is my question.

If there is a 14 day window and the promised delivery date window is from 3/20 - 4/2. My understanding is these are the dates without promise extensions. Then how is it I have shipments still on my report from 3/19? Am I mistaken about the promise extension dates not being the used dates? Or is it about GMT and PDT?

If anyone has a better understanding of this can you please explain what I’m missing?
