Brand Registry Identification Issue
I created a seller account, put all my business information, and submitted a passport and bank account statement for Seller Identification Verification(SIV). It was approved and activated. However, upon rechecking my account information, I found that Amazon had put my business and birth nationality to North Korea in their approval.
I am South Korean. I think that the person responsible for approving the information or the AI system processing the data incorrectly recognized the nationality information and changed it all to North Korea.
I have just corrected the information and submitted, but couple weeks ago, my brand registry application was rejected automatically (I received reject email in a minute) and reason was the business information did not match.
I double checked that the brand registry information and USPTO trademark information that I filled out and submitted are all consistent.
Could this have been the reject reason? Please help me

Dougal_Amazon
Hello @Seller_Ok5oblyoRqxzb,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I have submitted a request to re-review your appeal case (the case you provided in your post). Since you had added the business registration certificate after the team made their decision, I added that specifically to my request.
I will update you as soon as I hear back, but these typically take about a week.
I appreciate your patience.
Best, Dougal
