I am looking for some help from mods to escalate this issue to leadership who can assist with this issue. I have until 11/29/2024 to complete my identity verification or my account will be deactivated temporarily until i do so. However, the attached image is the error message I recieve when i click verify now. I cannot get past this error to complete my identity verification. So, I am at risk of losing my account until this is fixed by amazon and it is right before the holidays. I have a family and this is our sole income and this has put a tremendous amount of stress on my family.
I have tried to start the US Inform Act on multiple devices, multiple browsers and have tried everything as far as clearing my cookies, history, cache etc. Anything you can do to assist so that my account will not be deactivated so I can continue selling would be much appreciated. Please let me know if there is any other information you would like me to share to assist.
