USPS has lost a package we sent to a customer that was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago. We let the buyer know they will need to open an A to Z claim.
The buyer claims they do not have the option to open an A to Z claim on their end.
We shipped on time and purchased our shipping label through Amazon so we are protected from INR claims and carrier related issues.
Would a mod be able to manually open an A to Z claim for this customer?

As a Community Manager, I cannot open an A-to-Z claim on behalf of a customer. It's possible the customer has restrictions on filing claims due to previous abusive claim behavior. Just a thought as I have no way of knowing for sure if that is the reason.
