When we go into our account health, this appears related to needing to submit information for the INFORM act.(our account health metrics are all in excellent standing.)
We have submitted the various requested documents. However, it is still showing we need to verify our identity on the account health page
When we click in, it shows we have submitted the requested information, it is simply under review
I have 3 main questions
1.) When it says "your account is at risk of deactivation" that makes me think in the very near term/immediately. Do we have until June 27th to get the verification done? Or should we be worried we'll get deactivated in advance of that?
2.) We have submitted all requested documents within seller central and it says "we are reviewing your request and may reach out to you for further clarification if needed." How long can we expect this process to take before verification?
3.) The various steps(phone number, bank account, business address, tax info) are all greyed out and inaccessible to us, only the "identity" item is able to be clicked on. Does this mean that that is the only area we have to verify period? Or does it mean that we have to verify our identity before being allowed to verify the others portions?

Is this your first or 2nd re-verification attempt? How long ago did you submit it? Both my first and second re-verification attempts took about 18 hours to pass. I got my "you passed" email this AM but the banners are still present. They're supposed to go away within a day or two.
There's nothing else you can do right now other than wait for them to review your uploaded docs.
Same here. I verified my account 2 days ago and got the approval e-mail 24h later. I noticed the yellow banners this morning. I hope these go away in a day or two and my verification is not messed up!

saw the same thing tonight on mine. Nothing terrifies me more than some unknown amazon employee sending messages threatening my financial well being.
my opinion is you have another 30 days, just that message automatically comes up when 30 days have passed since you were asked to verify and have not yet followed through. it's essentially a reminder and they don't want you waiting till the deadline of jun 27th
As far as your last question identity is the first step but you will need to complete all of the steps in that list
I had this same issue. Submitted my documents for the second time yesterday, got approved again around noon today, and about 10 hours later all of the warnings on my account are gone (for now at least).
we can't even get past the phone verification, it shows our correct phone number with area code but when it says it's sending an SMS message we never get one...says I failed once to verify my business phone number and only have two attempts left (whatever the hell that means)...all due to Amazons' system glitch? what a joke, 15+ years on this platform and I've never seen it run this poorly and this abusive to American sellers (but not the other ones...hmmm....)
