Just got a return request, buyer says "sent and charged me for this item I did not order."
I only sell 1-2 items a month. I still have the "sold" email. They did indeed order the item. The new email says the return was authorized by Amazon.
Do I just suck it up (and I assume, "eat" the postage costs)?
This is annoying ...
Unfortunately, yes. You must return the items to the customer now.
Selling on Amazon is a very annoying process. I agree.
Hello! @Seller_7So16iBv2AGd7
This is Roberto. I wanted to follow up on your post, how did you end up handling this?
The return reason definitely is buyer-fault, which means you can deduct the shipping cost from the refund as per Refunding shipping cost once you received the product back.
Let me know if you need further assitance.
Regards,
Roberto
