In May, I noticed that some of my products were about to sell out. To restock, I used DHL International Express to send my inventory to Amazon's designated warehouse, SWF2, paying extra for express shipping and inbound processing fees. The shipment was safely delivered to the SWF2 warehouse on June 7th and began receiving. During this period, my sellable inventory kept decreasing until it went out of stock. I reassured myself that perhaps due to the upcoming Prime Day, the transfer was slow. However, on June 30th, I suddenly realized that due to the stockout, my products were no longer visible on the sales page.
I opened a case and the customer service representative informed me that "we confirm that your ASINs have been under investigation since June 29, 2024." "This could be due to misplaced or damaged items at the Amazon fulfillment center."
"When the investigated inventory is compensated or exceeds 30 days, you will see the corresponding inventory adjustments in the inventory ledger report. In this case, please wait patiently until July 29, 2024, for our internal team to update the inventory details from the inventory ledger."
Oh my god, am I going to miss Prime Day perfectly because of this? The stockout has already caused my product's BSR to drop significantly, and I've accumulated nearly three weeks of Amazon Fulfillment orders that cannot be delivered.
I don't know if I should prepare another batch of goods to send to Amazon as soon as possible or patiently wait for Amazon's investigation results. Either way, it will result in additional losses for me.
