AWD shipment arrived on 4th 3 days before than the cutoff day as 19th OCT
39 days past since delivered, (AWD said need 10-14 days)
case opened on 1th,12 days past no one help only ask us to wait.
It's hot sales season, we can't wait any more
please someone help do something put the items on shelves please
