Curious as to whether FBM items sold and shipped to Canada marketplace will have to follow the same OTDR requirements as the US market? I get several orders per month for a small item under $10USD to Canada, and we ship it by a logistics company, which can take up to 3 weeks sometimes. I cannot ship this DHL as amazon shows because shipping has to be $10 or less, otherwise im basically losing money. Just curious if the OTDR is just a US marketplace factor?
