I waited a lot for my inventory of 2 different ASIN's to go into receiving status. I had delivered to amazon 2 boxes of each ASIN and each box carrying 25 units which in total is 50 units of each ASIN, few days ago one of my box from 1 ASIN carrying 25 units had discrepancies of all the units. Though amazon accepted my invoice and POD for 1 missing box carrying 25 units and paid me for those missing units but now 1 box from 1 ASIN carrying 25 units and 2 boxes from other ASIN carrying 25+25 units shows discrepancies of all the units.
we are here for business and not for loosing our inventories that too after waiting for 2 months for them to get live. This is very disappointing how amazon a billion dollar company with best management is not able to coup up with this problem.
I had submitted the invoices and POD from UPS and still waiting for a positive reply from 5 days :( … its my 3rd month that I have started amazon and I am in loss already. I have attached the pictures of this shipment with label on them as well during case submission.
I hope I get my inventory or at least my money back
