Shouldn't this feedback be removed?

The buyer left a feedback siad," I usually just return defective items without making reviews, but since this is so obviously a scam product, I felt it would be morally wrong for me not to warn others of this awful lie. I don't care if the seller starts selling genuine amber glass, they've already shown their dishonesty." The buyer himself said ‘making reviews" So what the buyer said is totally a product review. But Amazon said 'We are unable to remove this feedback because the feedback for order ID 111-4228221-9074623 doesn't meet our guidelines for suppression." We have no channel to appeal, please check this feedback again and this feedback should be removed. Please help.Thanks.

Your buyer referred to both YOU, the seller and the product. So, it is a statement about YOU and your product.

Your feedback is there to stay, just make sure you respond with your side of the story, setting the buyer straight, and making them look a little foolish.

Ex: Strange, Buyer did not want to return the product for a refund, he just wanted to leave this message.

They are claiming you, the seller, are sending fake product. How is that a product review? All other sellers are shipping the real product. Therefore it's absolutely a seller review

Example of product review would be the amber color faded or the glass was fragile.Something along those lines. This buyer specifically uses terms like scam and seller. So yes it's all you.

Amazon would only remove it if it was ENTIRELY a product review and not about you the seller. BUT since the review is about you the seller as well as your product, it does not meet Amazon's guidelines for removal. Whether their claims are real or not, Amazon wouldn't remove the feedback unless it was ENTIRELY about the product and not about you the seller. As SELLC said, you can either respond to the feedback or just wait until you sell enough for it to be buried by other feedbacks.

As stated for some sellers in the comments of this thread, this feedback does not apply for removal as it is not entirely a product review, but also includes seller feedback. As a general rule, Amazon does not remove buyer feedback even if it is unwarranted or the issue has been resolved.

However, there are some situations when Amazon will remove or strike-through buyer feedback. In such situations, if your request is granted, the impact of the feedback will be removed from your feedback rating and Order Defect Rate (ODR).

Amazon will remove feedback only in the following cases:

  • The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
  • The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.
  • The entire feedback comment is a product review. For example, “The Acme Super-Widget lacks the sharpness and speed of the Acme Ultra Widget.”

you probably sold a thousand of these without any positive feedback and one negative. This is why feedback is such a poor indicator of seller performance.
