Customer left the following feedback:

Probs with shipping. Shipping is not their thing here. Was supposed to be at my location between 20th & 22. Now they changed it to the 26th. First class mail would have been faster. No happy and I would not order again

Item on the order was shipped on time using Amazon buy shipping. Delivered a week later due to severe weather.

I've gotten the generic response that the feedback cannot be removed, but per the amazon buy shipping tos:

The entire feedback comment is solely related to delayed or not received packages, for orders shipped on time by the seller using Buy Shipping. In addition to the strike-through, this statement will appear: "The fulfilment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller".

The feedback should be striked through.

Customer purchased item with free delivery, but then during checkout upgraded to faster shipping service at additional cost. Customer returned the item because they purchased the wrong size. Customer received a refund for BOTH the product AND the Faster Shipping cost they have upgraded to. We filed a SAFE-T claim for BOTH the return label cost AND the outbound faster shipping. Claim was paid for the return label cost, but NOT the outbound faster shipping that should NOT have been refunded.

Filed appeal and received this reason: "The reimbursement claim does not cover outbound shipping costs."

This is obviously a mistake by Amazon as they should never have refunded it. What can we do?
