From 26th December the delivery associate started sending me mail with otp including his name and number personal data i tried many time to call him but he did not received the call once he received the call when i called him by alternate number then he said that he doesn't have my product and cuts the call. again on 26th December i called him he received and said that your product is missing. while when i track the return package from seller central it shows that delivery was attempted 3 time but otp were not provided and the package returned back to sender.but how is this possible while he never visited my place neither called me from his side to collect the returned package. anyone can check his call record he never called me from his side and neither visited my place, i have cctv working 24/7 .i request to whoever checking this message please help me to get back my returned package and take strict action against this delivery associate. he is not seller friendly, he is thief. he frustrated me by his action.5 month ago he was acting same and i lost one of my returned product and no body helped me in seller support to get refund. please help and take strong action against this delivery associate.I had raised issue against this delivery associate but no action taken

i will suggest you to get in touch with amazon customer care for your order placed. you may explain each and everything to them. you need to provide them your order id.
they will check and do the necessary which is as per amazon guidelines and policy.
you can send message to seller too for your concern because some time seller use self ship service so they mighty have best team to resolve your concern for order delivery concern.
