We bought the shipping label on Amazon, the package was delivered during the delivery window. The tracking shows it was delivered. We shipped it out by the ship by date.
Why was this seller funded and not Amazon. Mods please investigate.

But does it show a physical scan by the carrier no later than the ship by date? With the USPS especially, they often don't scan the package for a while, and so the first physical scan is later than the ship by date, and then Amazon won't cover A-Z INR claims. If you care to provide the ship by date and the tracking number, I'll be happy to take a look.
Hello @Seller_8WD90AQIKKxcQ- and thanks for the post.
