We sendt in 2 different FBA orders filled with Halloween products. Hundreds of the products were lost once they got into the warehouse. We have opened cases. We check the cases every 5 days and still no will will reply or address the cases. No one will search for our inventory or reimburse the inventory (as we have manufacture invoices).

I do highly recommend you to contact seller support and keep an eye on the case.
For shipment FBA18B0BVBP5 case ID 16646789731 was resolved a day ago, please check for the information provided to you on that case ID.
