A customer tried to return an order that was placed ~3 month ago. We did not approve the return
so the customer opened A-Z claim, on the order that was 3 month old. He did not respond on Amazon inquiry, so A-Z claim was simply closed, no resolution.

Look on the bright side -- at least it wasn't FEEDBACK! I hardly ever look at reviews but I sure do look at feedback scores.
