My account is at risk deactivation. What can I do to avoid it?

We need more info. Why is it at risk?
If it's something like ODR, and your account is still working but you're getting a warning, then you just need to wait and make sure you do everything perfectly so as to not make things worse.
If it's a different issue, post your notice so that we can help.

We have returnless refund activated and there's this 1 customer abusing it. He even left a negative feedback encouraging customers to send empty return boxes for us. Is this what is affecting us?
What should we do?
