I have had luck using google to find relevant post from the old forum. So far I have had to resort to google for all my questions. What a mess. I had to choose a category for this post and a tag. None of the choices pertained to my post, so I chose at random.
Good Morning @FirstRound, thanks for your input. I've logged your feedback regarding the search functionality, and clarifications for which categories to pick.
I would just like to help clarify that you are unable to find cases related to the subjects you are looking for using the Search Seller Forums bar on the right side of your profile name?
Thank you again for your feedback and please keep surfacing any issues you may be experiencing on the new forums. Myself or another Community Manager would be happy to assist.
Same here. I was going to create a post stating that I have resorted to using a Google search in lieu of the "Search Seller Forums" search bar with FAR better results. But now I guess I can just add my 2 cents to your post. I'm sure there are many others doing this but if you haven't tried this yet, give it a shot and you will see what we mean.
I can't understand how they could green light the new forums as they stand right now. It's so frustrating trying to find anything. I'll try the Google search.
The forum is no longer functional - what a total and absolute mess.
I concur, the new forum is really poorly done. I would expect nothing less from Amazon
Agreed! The Forums are very difficult to use and move around it.
It is evident that the changes were not designed by a seller seeking information. It is more like they were designed explicitly for making them harder to use.
Did you notice thar HELP FOR NEW SELLERS was totally omitted? Most likely because Amazon does not want responses warning new sellers of the pit falls they will experience when selling on Amazon.
Another example of the Peter Principle at work on Amazon. A newly promoted Dept Head employee wanting to make a name for themself, without knowing what they are doing.

Yeah I dont come on much at all anymore. The new forum is not intuitive or easy to use at all.
Not gone. It's now a "group". Only for use by new sellers. So that they may post questions. However, experienced sellers are not allowed to post in the group.
So -- the group is for questions that will be answered only by others who know nothing, or the mods.
That's it.
Yep ...
Thus the thread - The NSFE IS A ...
"This is THE WORST pile of horse [Moderator Edit: Cooper_Amazon removed inappropriate language] I've ever seen!!"
Greetings. I also agree. Historically I used the Forum every day. Now I have pretty much unplugged and no longer participate. I had found the Forums to be a great way to learn from others, and when appropriate, share my experiences. I pop in and out on occasion now, but I feel that shortly I will be gone for good.
