An Amazon order is under OTDR proctation but still be chargeback

One of our Amazon orders, which was covered under Order-Taking Dispute Resolution (OTDR) protection, was subject to a chargeback by the buyer despite the package being successfully delivered. However, Amazon did not reimburse us for this order. We submitted a SAFE-T claim to request compensation, but the claim was denied. As a result, our Order Defect Rate (ODR) has been negatively impacted.

Are you referring to an A-Z claim and not a charge back? A chargeback is done through the buyer banking institution and has nothing to do with OTDR.
