Most important question -- are you doing FBA or FBM?
If you are selling FBA, it doesn't matter since Amazon handles everything.
If you are doing FBM are you saying that your "Manage Orders" screen is not showing any details?
If you are receiving emails showing that you actually have orders then try the normal fixes -- clear your cache, reboot the computer, try a different browser, etc.
