Hey @Seller_Qbd0RsfZFEZBY,
Were you able to discover more on this? I just recently learned about this myself, and was discussing with a colleague. We have been researching on our end to determine if the fee is per ASIN or per shipment/replenishment. Let me know!
- Bryce
Yeah I am unsure of what exactly this looks like. Is the fee reduced for one sale of each ASIN. If it one order of each ASIN? Is there a length of time the fee is reduced for all sales? Is it the FBA pick and pack & refferal fee?
The policy states "the discount applies as a reduction of future fulfillment fees" and "for all ASINs".
So vague
Is there a term to the discount? Is it permanent?
I feel like we all know the answer to this question. With the devision of labor and competing priorities it is often difficult and sometimes impossible for corperate staff to serve thier customer base in the most efficient and impactful manner.
These guys only work so many hours a day and days a week. They have priorities that are set by management. Human beings are also imperfect and have thier own motivations. Often large corperations devision of labor (think departments) are so specific that they are insulated from others (right hand doesnt talk to the left)
As of 7/1 I met the goal for the fee reduction period between 5/15/2023 and 6/14/2023 and have received no reduction to my FBA fees.
I dont have any new info. I did create a case but nobody knows anything and it keeps getting redirected to the appropriete workgroup.
I still have not received the FBA fee discount. I have reviewed my FBA fees in transaction view and can see where I am and have paid the full FBA without a discount on my orders.
Hey @Seller_Qbd0RsfZFEZBY,
As I mentioned in my last comment, the internal team stated it could be applied "2-4 weeks" post goal period - and we're well past that. I am going to relay your message to them once again and ask for clarity on when the discount will be applied, and specifically where it can be viewed. Thanks for your patience.
- Bryce
I saw this in the inventory planner when doing the morning rounds.
I had to look it up as I am unfamilair.
Am I reading this right? If I send them the units (which I am) I will get a minimum 15$ discount to the FBA fee for ALL MY ASINS?
