As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible customer experience, we have implemented additional restrictions for Shoes, Handbags & Sunglasses products.
Effective 2024-08-02, you will not be able to list the affected products, and your listings will be removed. This action does not impact your account health.
How can I reinstate my listings?
You are not approved to list Shoes, Handbags & Sunglasses products and we are currently not accepting applications.
Were your listings removed as a result of an error?
If you believe your products have been misclassified within a certain category or sub-category that requires approval, please contact Selling Partner Support with evidence, such as product pictures, to support this claim. Amazon will review your claim and make a final determination that will ensure the best shopping experience for our customers.
What happens if I do not take action?
If no action is taken, the affected listings will not be available for sale in the Amazon store.

We have opened several cases through seller central and they keep giving us a generic answer with no actions to remedy any issues. Additionally, we don't have any account health issues. It just seems like they have blocked off this entire category. We have been selling for over 10 years and have never experienced this. I also know that there are other sellers who received the same email without any further information. Can somebody provide any guidance on how to resolve this? As you can imagine, it is putting a HUGE strain on our business.
I opened case ID 15401527361 and it was zero help. Somebody please help!

Are you selling generic products, your own label products, or any of the massive list of name brands that are no longer allowing their products to be sold without express written permission?
What companies are you selling? We have received the same notice and are trying to find a common denominator.
It seems like the entire sunglasses category has been blocked regardless of manufacturer.
