I am extremely frustrated with the Amazon customer feedback team. Here i really need some help. Amazon FBA is sending Wrong items to the customers and in return customer is making negative feedbacks, but amazon would not remove these feedback. This problem started a few months ago and (to my knowledge) has not yet been fixed. Amazon for some reason is not removing feedbacks in the same way that they used to, and they will typically tell you to violate their own policy by contacting the customer about it. Sadly, there isn’t much that can be done other than request him checks to make sure the right product is there.
Amazon seems to be very irregular on striking thru any FBA feedback. If you ask more than twice, they may threaten to suspend your account.
but in this case, Amazon is sending customer wrong FBA item!!! Amazon can simply intentionally do this and get a seller account suspended for poor matrics! this is a scam!
my question is if the product has the correct sku sticker how can this happen ? I would consider there may be a problem there
Amazon’s feedback removal process changed in December 2019. Since then, it has been really not functioning. The agent of that team even falsely stated the fact. I don’t know why Amazon changed something working, and made things worse.
It seems to me that you are focusing on the wrong problem. You should FIRST try to figure out why customers are getting the wrong product, THEN worry about the feedback. I would temporarily stop selling them until you figure out what is going on. You can do that by setting the Start selling Date into the future.
No, they wouldn’t catch it. They go by the bar codes on the item, period.
