It seems like they are ignoring me. I am sending them the required info and am not getting anything back. Not even we have received your info. WTH? is it just me?
See my previous comments on this. It appears notice-dispute no longer process appeals for some months. So you can send them everything they want, because they never read it’s impossible to get a falsely closed listing reinstated.
They have a lot of mails coming every day. They are overwhelmed
You have to keep mailing them at some point they will listen. One of my listing was removed falsely even though I am the brand owner. I kept mailing and raising cases. Finally they accepted their mistake and reinstated the listing.
1 month ago I got a trademark infringement complaint, and I directly contacted the complainer which after 4 hours sent another email to Amazon to remove the initial complaint. It took 16 days for Amazon to look over emails and to activate my listings. In which i have called every single day to support, sent emails to all Amazon emails and so on. You really have your hands tied, and you gotta wait for their response. I am not sure if calling them every day will fasten the process…
Hi @mattscomputers,
Bryson here with some reminders from Amazon.
When reviewing appeals for deactivated accounts, response times may vary, however, we are always working with a sense of urgency. With that being said, be sure to check your ‘Performance Notifications’ daily for any important information regarding your account status.
I would advise waiting for a response from us before sending a reply, as this may restart your place in line. In the meantime, we are gathering as much information as we can before updating you on your appeal status.
Best,
Bryson
I got a reply yesterday from notice-dispute about 16 days after I received the original complaint. They are replying, it is just taking a LONG time
Any updates? Still no updates from June 16th email sent.
Anybody ever got any updates? I wonder if I should resend the info?
I cant help you. I am still waiting for a response. I sent replies on a few asins and still nothing.
My FBA listing was taken down unexpectedly on Aug 26th. The email I received said “INFRINGEMENT - VALID TRADEMARK PRODUCT PACKAGING”. This is an error. I am the Brand and Trademark owner. In addition, seller support has confirmed that my listing does not break amazon’s Policy in any way. I was told to contact listing-compliance and notice-dispute. To date, the only reply I had is a bot response from listings-compliance which states to refer to the original email. Nothing from notice-dispute. This resolution path clearly does not work. Its approaching 3 weeks and nearly 70,000 lost in revenue. I am also paying storage fees for an over-sized product.
