Read onlyHi @KJ_Amazon
I saw your post regarding OTDR protection.

Where you made a statement that "Please note that "Shipping Service: Expedited" is considered Standard for the purpose of OTDR protection.".
However, when we look at the official Amazon FAQ about OTDR section "What does OTDR protection for “Standard Shipping” mean?" It clearly states "...will not be applicable on Free Economy, Expedited Shipping and Premium Shipping (1-day and 2-day deliveries)."

Could you please clarify? Does "Expedited" have OTDR protection?
Another question. If we only have selected USPS Ground Advantage in our SSA-enabled shipping template, does that mean if we ship an order using another shipping method, for example, UPS Ground or UPS Second-Day, we will not have OTDR protection?
On the official statement "You must choose one of the preferred ship methods in the SSA templates, which will mark the transit time on the shipping template as "Managed by Amazon"."
What exactly is the "one of the preferred ship methods in the SSA templates"?
Does that mean all the available shipping methods (preferred by Amazon) on the list when we set up our SSA template, or the only one, in our case, USPS Ground Advantage, that we choose ("preferred by us", so to speak)?
Thank you.
Hello @Seller_XMXXciKNVLpD1 Thanks for those questions.
According to the Frequently asked questions about on-time delivery rate (OTDR):
"OTDR Protection is only available for units shipped through Standard Shipping. Units shipped through other shipping options such as Free Economy, Standard Prime, or Premium Shipping, are not eligible for OTDR protection."
In the USPS label bought with OTDR protection, we shipped on time thread sellers asked about "Shipping Service: Expedited." These shipments are eligible for OTDR protection if you purchase a shipping label with the "OTDR Protected" badge in Amazon Buy Shipping and use Automated Handling Time (AHT) and Shipping Settings Automation (SSA).

Brother, just use Veeqo the free amazon shipping software, i switched from shipstation, and everything will be automatically OTDR protected because veeqo wont give you any other choice. Just bite the bullet, my life has gotten so much better since doing this and my sales have gone up alot. If you cant beat them, join them.
Also, it ends up being almost identical shipping costs, give or take cents or a dollar here and there. Worth the protection as a 3rd party seller.
Why even bother with this sh*t show of backasswards platform? You're in for endless misery and fire drills if you stick around this turd factory. You're literally gambling with your money, time and inventory. Don't get me started on the scammers around here. sheesh.
