There is not enough space to explain all the fraud a bad seller is committing against me in Seller help and no screenshots can be attached ... do they not care about good sellers? There is a seller who used his own and family member accounts to leave his product 5 star reviews and some of these same people left me and a 3rd competitor 1 star reviews. These people didnt even buy from me and Amazon will not remove the bogus reviews. Have left them messages to email me so I can explain it all in an email and attach screenshots of all the reviews and Family Tree Now (shows how they are all related). They used a couple of them to attempt another sale but I caught it and cancelled the order so there is another ding against my account. Another sale just got thru and just received the refund request so this will likely turn into another 1 star review. It is so hard to get excited about selling on Amazon when they let bad sellers run rampant. Anyone have suggestions on how to contact them and be able to describe the complex fraud happening?
