Do not give up and do not let them intimidate you!
Their “contract” is not ironclad and as it turns out, doesn’t always hold up in court! 😏

Was this small claims court? I believe Amazon's terms allow for that to bypass arbitration.
What are the details of the case?
General details of the action would be interesting to hear
The trick is to sue in small claims court and then let their lawyers request to move it to a higher court. By requesting the move, they should be considered as consenting to the case being heard in that court. Otherwise, in small claims court, they should be required to have a non-lawyer party represent the company. At least, that’s how it would work here in Michigan.
First off happy for you.
However, can Amazon possibly ban your account due to this lawsuit?
Retaliation? That sounds like grounds for another lawsuit lol
