I applied for a shipment reimbursement through the Content page, where several lost products were listed. I am now submitting all the required invoices and have rechecked several times to ensure everything matches. However, I have received the same unclear message twice:
"Unfortunately, we are unable to recover the physical inventory of the located item at this time, due to the error in shipment plan creation. We are unable to reimburse or reconcile the discrepancies you have asked to investigate for these items because of the error."
I would like to point out that I have also attached a screenshot from Seller Central clearly showing that these units were entered correctly when the shipment was created, and I have not identified any errors.
I kindly request that this case be reviewed by the appropriate team so that I may receive either the reimbursement or a clear explanation regarding this issue.
