I have Brand Registry. Amazon has been selling our products for a few months at a lower costs than we listed. So I had to reduce our sell price to be less than Amazon.
Only our company and Amazon are selling our products on Amazon. We do not authorize anyone to sell our products on Amazon, including Amazon.
These are not returns. The number of units they list as In Stock is far more than the total number of returns or damaged in shipping. Also, we have not been reimbursed for any damaged in shipping products.
I thought they would sell the inventory they have then this would be over. But, when Amazon's inventory of our products gets low, they replenish and keep selling.
Apparently Amazon buys them from a national distributor of ours and then resells them on Amazon.
Who do I contact? How to proceed?
Thanks

You'll need to get in contact with the national distributor and tell them to stop selling to Amazon.
You have to significantly increase your price for your distributor.
You have your lawyer send a letter to your distributor and tell them that Amazon is NOT authorized to purchase your products from them.
And if Amazon persists you take legal action against Amazon.
FYI - brand registry means nothing (except on Amazon if they want to enforce it which they do not against themselves).
Honestly, if your distributor has a good VC account that will pump more units and profit than you will on SC.
Brand registry only helps you with protecting your IP and protection from counterfeits. It does not help you with enforcing MSRP or gating your listing.
You can try to tell your distributor not to sell to Amazon. You run the risk of them deciding not to carry your product anymore if Amazon is a significant source of sales to them. Basically, if you distribute your product / sell it wholesale, you've turned it loose on the market.
You can make sure your wholesale pricing is not too low, but Amazon doesn't charge themselves commission or pick & pack fees ...
You may do better telling your distributor your MAPP pricing and tell them anyone who buys has to sign MAPP pricing agreement. Amazon should honor that if they sign it.
Amazon is able to sell your products at a lower price, because they are able to forgo the cost of Referral Fees plus other fees that Amazon charges you.
Be happy that they don't "lose" your products, and either deny any and all existence of your inventory, or reimburse you at a fraction of the product value. This Company can do whatever they want, nobody stands in their way.
You got to love those who pose as an authority by typing out their entire message and then using acronyms for an obscure Amazon term. Of course they fear that typing out "Vendor Central" would burst their illusion of mystique. Maybe they should remind themselves to write out any acronyms in crayon, that would be less pretentious.
Dude, everyone knows amazon is out to dominate the seller. Eventually, you will be forced out like so many others.
Amazon would not buy from a distributor. As far as I see the customers complain about the products they sell on Prime. Most likely are returned products.
If you want to ensure don't ship to Amazon for a while....
WOW! Sounds pretty shady of Amazon. Typical Amazon BS! Good Luck!
