There seems to be some lack of information on my end being a new seller, it seems that my offer feature eligibility isn't turned on, and it is not being reviewed is there a way to request for a review?

I've had no complains regarding my account nor I have had a problem with feedbacks or anything at all for the past 7 months, and I am unable to gain the offer feature can you please help me get a manual review?
