"Product Condition Complaint - Expired" for ASIN sold only by FBA

Hello!

We received a performance notification for a "Product Condition Complaint - Expired."

The ASIN at risk of removal due to the complaint is fulfilled only by FBA.

There is a label with the best-by date on each unit shipped to Amazon FC.

We plan to address the violation by selecting "I understand the policy and have evidence or documentation to submit for review to confirm my compliance with the policy."

What documentation and evidence would you recommend us to attach, apart from the product pictures with best-by labels?

Thank you!

I see that you have a product condition complaint for expired. Lets jump into these product quality complaints. For expired products, I suggest you check the help page and look for the shelf-life requirements and expiration date requirements for the product that you sell. At the time of check-in at Amazon fulfillment center, all products must have a remaining shelf life that allows sufficient time for the product to be consumed in full, plus an additional 90 days. Also, I suggest to check the expiration-dated product attributes help page to find the requirements.

If you believe that you your products are not subject to expiration date issues, you can use the dispute path and provide proof of this. Have you requested a check of your FBA inventory for product quality issues? (FBA bin check) What evidence do you have to show that the error did not originate from your side?

Having photographic evidence and documented evidence to support your claim will help with your dispute. If you conduct a bin check, make sure to include the case log that shows the outcome. Include these proofs with a written description of the situation for the team to review.

I hope you find this information helpful. The Seller Forums community and I are here to support you. If you have any further questions or updates, please feel free to respond in this thread.

Wishing you the best,

LeviDylan
